I play on my mobile, my game is updated and I also turned off the notification in my facebook account but I still can't receive any lives from my friends. Before this thing happened, I'm always receiving plenty of lives and requests from them asking for lives everyday for years now until 3 weeks ago, I can no longer receive any requests and lives from them. I have plenty of candy crush saga friends who sends me life and requests everyday for many years now. I can send lives very easily which is the same as before and I even asked my friend if she was able to receive the lives that I'm sending to her and she said yes which means that I can send lives to them but I can't receive. Please fix this issue. I can't concentrate while I'm playing because I'm always thinking of the limited number of lives that I have which my friends send to me before specially I'm at level 7865, the levels are very very difficult and I need to use plenty of lives specially when I'm getting stuck. It's so annoying and frustrating. I already reported this to customer support of facebook but they didn't respond to my message.

Re: not receiving lives.
I have not received any messages in the game either requesting or sending lives for weeks. My friends say they are sending lives but they do not arrive. I have no friends showing on the game levels so can't send them lives via the game levels. I can request lives but none arrive back to me. I am connected to FB.
