Hi, I've written support and they have no clue what the problem is. I still can't send or receive lives in Candy Crush.. My saved lives are almost gone now.. How am I supposed to play then if you don't know what the problem is?? There's no pop up window when trying to send lives. I've sent pics of that everything is connected as it should be, also checked that pop up is allowed which it is and updated the app less than 30 min ägo.. Still not working.. 🤬🤬 Been like this since update before this latest..
mine did the same thing. I went on Facebook. Opened the settings and privacy. Then apps and websites. Find logged in with Facebook. If candy crush is listed as active, select edit and remove. Then open candy crush and log in with your email and password. Right after I signed back in I got the option to watch ads for bonus and lives. Make sure you know your log in information because if you don’t you might lose your progress.
i fixed this problem by logging into my Facebook account. go to:
settings and privacy >apps and websites> logged in with Facebook.
Before completing the next step make sure you have your log in email and password for candy crush so you don’t lose your progress.
if candy crush is active then you will EDIT And Remove.
next open candy crush and sign in with your email and password. I instantly had ads back.
I do this after every game or Facebook update.
