Not once in all my times playing this level have the two stripe dispensers at the left of the level provided any striped candy. The level is therefore effectively impossible to clear as there is no way of destroying all the liquorice in the top left. Can this be rectified?

There were 30 moves instead of 22. Fewer liquorice locks were present on the board
For this level try to play near to icing blockers or from where more candies are available to play. Use more striped candy or play near to blockers with wrapped candy to break more Liquorice plus the frosting blockers.
and focus to Keys and Liquorice
Be patince with this level , there have helped strip candies in the middle of board
