I have a few questions,

Does a player have to be at the end of CCS map to play Reach the stars?

How do you get tagged either for events or just in general?

I've been playing for yrs and enjoy the different challenges on top of just playing. I'm trying to move up levels but not sure how, So I thought I'd ask you so I can learn faster and have more fun instead of missing out.
