Yes few players have reported that daily treat is missing (including me). But all bonus features sometimes take a small break. So hopefully it will come back soon.😀
Mine was gone for a few days and is back so yes, there is a good chance your will come back too. Make sure to update game and restart your device too.

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

@Hexe05 Hi and welcome, Please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in and see if the daily treat calendar appears. If not it may be missing due to a temporary problem and may appear again in a few days
