bonuses not being deposited

Why are my bonuses not being deposited in my store of them? Just got bonuses given for team score and they are not in my bank.

Please log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. Check again if you get your rewards.
If not then you need to contact directly to player support from the settings of your game application. By contacting directly will provide player support the required data from your game and hopefully they will take a positive action in your favour.

Go to settings / cog wheel and click on question mark and send them an email
