    Mine candy necklace also lost for 2days already. No matter how also not coming back. I even clearing my browser times and again. Less move level without this is super hard to play.

    I love the necklace! I’m a newbie and currently stuck on a level or I’d be able to show my progress with the necklace. πŸ₯°

    2 weeks no necklace on any device I play what is going on ? Can anyone help cleared cache etc downloaded new version still no necklace

    Yes no necklace for me too it seems. Weird that they decide to remove this for some players. 2 weeks for you? That's terrible! I'm not gonna play till they fix this

    I still have my necklace, but I never win any prizes from it, no matter how high my streak gets. I'm on level 5677 and never have. πŸ˜•

    @QueenB @PummyRaj I have lost my Candy Necklace again for no apparent reason. This in now a regular occurrence which I have reported to you numerous times.

    The loss of this feature for no apparent reason is nothing short of theft. Has it been reported ?? and if so why hasn't the problem been fixed ??

    I’ve reported this issue to the team, and they are aware of it. Unfortunately, due to limited resources and the low number of reports on this specific problem, the investigation is taking some time. The team is currently focused on other priorities, and they have not been able to reproduce the issue yet. However, they have assured me that if more players report this problem, they will prioritize it.

    In the meantime, keep playing on a different device to see if the experience improves.

    As a token of our apologies, I will arrange for compensation to be added to your game so keep an eye on it πŸ˜‰

    Unfortunately, this is not possible as I am at the highest levels and can only play new levels on Win10.

    I only have Windows on my desktop PC.

    @Peter_Tornaros have you tried to uninstall and reinstall your Win app version of the game? I have not done it in quite a long time but at this point what else can you try with a app that does not act right?
