@QueenB @PummyRaj I have lost my Candy Necklace again for no apparent reason. This in now a regular occurrence which I have reported to you numerous times.
The loss of this feature for no apparent reason is nothing short of theft. Has it been reported ?? and if so why hasn't the problem been fixed ??

Iβve reported this issue to the team, and they are aware of it. Unfortunately, due to limited resources and the low number of reports on this specific problem, the investigation is taking some time. The team is currently focused on other priorities, and they have not been able to reproduce the issue yet. However, they have assured me that if more players report this problem, they will prioritize it.
In the meantime, keep playing on a different device to see if the experience improves.
As a token of our apologies, I will arrange for compensation to be added to your game so keep an eye on it π
