How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
And it’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.

Yes the issue has been fixed. Just clear the cache / history of your brpwser and restart your device. If still not working you may change the browser.
If playing through mobile device please logout, update, restart and login again and check if it solves your case.

Another fixed the game should now load for all players, but if you still have issues, please email our Player Support about this from HERE.
Remember to enter the same email address that you use for login on your Facebook account, so they will find your account and to avoid an auto reply.
@jonpeppers Hi and welcome, please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, also if you are playing via an internet browser please clear the browser cache, and see if this solves your issue.
There was a problem with people not being able to get the game to load but this was fixed with an update, so if this does not work you will need to contact customer support and you will need to use the email you used for the game or you will get an auto reply

FYI the way level 9292 is currently set up, it is impossible to win without paying for gold bars or having some in reserve.
