There is no way to convert gold bars into money.

Candy Crush Saga as all King games are for fun and entertainment only. They are no casino or gambling games where you can win or withdraw money from. All rewards in the game are in-game items only.
Since the game is free to download and free to play, the Gold Bars are offered as in-game purchases to monetize the game. The making and development of all updates, new features, events and more levels is a long, complicated and expensive process. That's thy the Gold Bars are needed for the monetization.

for the fact that we were asked to buy golden bars by making payments from our bank in order to get lives so as to continue playing
