Hi I playing Candy c. Many years ago 

I’m in level 7924, I found the last two updates were the worst ever, why I should lost my all rewards with the first loss and why I couldn’t get any rewards when I play the previous levels?!

I think the technical support should improve and fix these points in the game

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prizes are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

@G1989 Hi and welcome. ~This is the candy crush soda area but not to worry it will be removed to the correct area

This has been the way for a while know if you lose one game you will lose your entire build a bot or win streak feature. You can also not do previous levels with the build a bot or win streak feature

This is also the same when playing previous levels only certain features like chocolate box can you play previous levels to get the rewards

There has been many changes . Win streak or built a bot has been changed now. So according to new rules if you lose a level you lose all the streak. And also no rewards on previous levels.

But i have also one question as you mentioned your level 7924 which is quite recent ( just last week). So how you reach here if you not played the game as these changes have been implemented quite a while ago. Not new ones.

I reached this level because I played as you said with the new rules but that didn’t mean the new rules were good. When I finish the last level, I played the previous levels waiting the creation of the new levels. Due that I have a problem with new updates.

Hello @G1989 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. There have been a lot of changes in Candy Crush Saga - it is one of the oldest King games (and the most popular) and so starting about a year ago the studio started making changes to update the game and make it more interesting and challenging and visually appealing. There have been new blockers - most recently the sour skulls and updates to the look of various features including the icing, magic mixers and locks and keys.

It's true that you cannot use old levels to rebuild the build a bot but you can try and get three stars on all levels or even better sugar stars, which can help change the type of trophy you may have for a level. Also if you are in Dexter's race, you can still get credit for any CBs you get (they just won't be multiplied by 10).

There are also some very fun events that have been appearing in the game including the new one The Spooky Skull Tower event coming this Monday. You can read more about it HERE.

In addition, since you are new in the community - you may not know there are various level badges (1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000) you are eligible for which you can find out more about getting them HERE.
