The new launched Saltnado on the map have some issue with me. When I click to the location, I cannot click on play or use the magical liquid. My game id is 1017597378.
The Saltnado is still not available to play and I even delete and reinstall the app. It first said 18 days left, now it just counting down normally but still cannot play!!!!!!

Seems to be a common problem, among the players. It is a new event. Since the other players have given the standard troubleshooting tips above.

Hi guys!
The Candy Saltnado has just been released and is being tested for a small group of players.
Therefore most players do not have it yet. If all play tests go as planned all players will get it eventually. Please stay tuned in the game!
Done all that. Managed to play yesterday but when I finished a level it does not let me do anything. Almost like greyed out

Welcome to the Community!
Not everyone has this feature because the events are released slowly to all players. Don't worry it will be released in time.
Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it solves your case.
It is new event and may be a glitch. I hope by updating it will be solved.

Saltando, a new event in Candy Crush Saga and outside the Saga Map, is currently available for a few Candy Crushers around the world
The Saltinado is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
@killua5201314 Hi, we can get this reported to the CM Monday but as its the weekend there is nothing we can do till then. if you have done the standard troubleshooting tips apologies but you will have to be patient

@killua5201314 Hi yes i have just seen it is a new feature in the game, not something i have in my game at present.
Please check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not please let us know as sometimes these new features have glitches that will need reporting
