no dexter since one month , and piggy bank missing

The Dexter is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.
The Piggy Bank may take a break sometimes, so it's not appearing. It has not been removed from the game, so please stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
@matrixx21 Hi and welcome. Please check your game is up to date and if playing via a web browser clear your cache. Log out and restart your device and see if come Thursday this resolves your issue
I had the Dexter event this week so it is in the game, but please remember it is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game. Bonus features are given to groups of randomly selected players. So could be your not in this group at present but could be again in the future
