Hi @Rebekah_Demary have you tried all the trouble shooting solutions suggested by @Freddy_Falkner and @kiara_wael if you have a weak or intermittent WiFi signal it can also cause these problems and can help turning off your router waiting for a while and turning it back on. Give it a while before trying to play the game again. Is your computer windows 10 or older? Please let us know if there is still an issue.
