@luz1976 Hi and welcome, You cannot get it as its a bonus feature. Bonus features are given to groups of randomly selected players. So just means your not in the group for this feature at present but you could be for this feature or others in the future.

To make sure you get the features available to you keep your game updated and log out and restart your device regularly to make sure your game is running as smoothly as possible
