You can leave your comments under Discussions (just the question you posted above), you can post Ideas or leave your question under Support.
You can find all of the above under the site navigation (look at the picture below)
All of this applies to CCS, so if you want to post in other communities (like Candy crush soda), you need to go under games and choose the one you are interrested in.
Then you just choose the topic and post.
