@shumla Hi and welcome, Please check you device and game are up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear the browser cache and log out and restart your device and see if this solves your issue
If not are you getting any error messages, can you possibly screenshot and post here and we may be able to advise you better. as this could also be an issue that you will need to contact paypal regarding

Besides the advise given by our Mr Freddy, please make sure that your internet connection is stable when making any online purchases as it may sometimes disrupt the transaction.
You may try again or contact PayPal if the issues persist.
