Why is my Facebook Candy Crush account at a different level than my King.com account?

If I am loging in the same Facebook account in another mobile in candy crush.l am not getting to the level where I was in older mobile.
@MirandaC Hi the above syncing needs to be done on a PC for it to display correctly. if you are trying on a pc and still struggling will try to get you a pic if you let us know

There is no "settings" option to click.

you have to sync your accounts between facebook and king.com .
Want to sync the two? No problem! Here's how:
And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.
Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts and all signed-in devices, but other items like Boosters are stored on your device and are not synced.

I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
