Problem with starting Candy Crush Saga

Hi i play candy crush saga on facebook. Unfortunately I always have difficulties loading the game. Some days it doesn't work at all. Most of the time I have to restart the game very, very often. It then takes several hours before I can play. I use a desktop pc with win10 64 bit (latest version) and google chrome as my browser. I've already deleted cookies several times and clean the cache every day. Why do I have this problem and what else can I do, or is it due to Facebook or King (too many users)? Thanks for the help in advance and stay healthy.

@icesnowman Hi and welcome, The best option if playing via win 10 is to download the windows 10 app as this is much more stable., but check you chrome is up to date and if not try updating edge to the latest version. I was using chrome but since the flash not supported was having a few issues with the game and chrome, So installed the latest version of edge and touch wood had no issues with this so far

Recently, I've also find it difficult to play the game via FB Chrome browser and I have to keep reloading the page. So I just stick to my game in mobile app. If you haven't downloaded the game in your PC, here is the link.

@icesnowman, hi,

I think it's the problem of FB having to load that much data while supporting everything else. Lately I think it's becoming even slower to load, sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to get to the first page, so I've given up playing on FB as frequently as I used to. In my case even the changing of browsers didn't help and am now a firm supporter of the mobile app ;)
