@Chaniak Hi and welcome, Unfortunately this does happen now and again and can be very frustrating, but all you can do in this instance is re play the level. I know this is not the greatest information but there is not much else that can be done

@hechicerilla They are both exit points so they should exit through either would be a portal if it had to travel from one to the other. anything with green arrow should exit from, the chocolate at top of column should not come into it but the cherry probably started its travels from there.

Is it possible that the cherry did not fall because there is chocolate in the upper column?
I'm not sure, but maybe it must be empty of chocolate for the cherry to come out.
Sorry if I'm wrong.
I just wanted to rule out that possibility
