Why does my team not get their reward

Sky Blue BBQ. We have completed the quest but are unable to get the prize. It has been like this for 2 days for all members. Please help

Hi @nijono,

this sometimes happens with the F5 event. If you look closely at your scores you'll notice that they don't add up to 7000.

Do the standard troubleshoot, restart the app or the device, check that it's up to date in play a couple of levels.

Do the standard troubleshoot, restart the app or the device, check that it's up to date in play a couple of levels.

@nijono Hi and welcome, This is a graph glitch due to someone leaving your team. If you add the scores of your team they do not add up to 7000. So in this case the scores are being counted in the background and if your team reaches the 7000 target in the time frame, you rewards will be given
