I see that I am not the only one who didn't get any reward for passing level 10,000. I keep getting told to write to support service and keep getting a general message from them to check with the forum. What do I have to do to get my rewards?????

hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
Since a couple of days ago, i had 94 (or 93) golden bars. All of the sudden, i realized just yesterday that i have left only 4 though i never used any of the 94 for any reason. Neither for extra moves or for any kind of purchase. Please check my account/profile and restore the amount of bars i should have. Thank you
