The Candy box on my game hasn't worked for 2 weeks and your forum doesn't explain how to fix it.

Hello @Roice If by candy box you mean the Chocolate Box then at the moment there is no fix for the issue
The issue has been reported, and is being investigated.
Please keep an eye on the discussion that I have linked below for any up date on the issue.

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. A post on this topic already exists in our community and your post will be attached to that post so I'm closing this post for now.

There is an update scheduled to roll out on Oct 13. Hopes are high that this will be a fix for the Chocolate Box issue. The Candy Crush Saga Game Studio is working on this issue and they are asking for our patients until their work is completed soon
I am still having trouble with the candy box on the candy crush game and it has been like that for several weeks with nothing being fixed.
