Lost gold bars due to server issues?

Hi! I’m new to the forum, super frustrated I have been stuck on a level and tried three times (10bars each time) to use gold bars for extra moves only to have the loading screen crash. These were gold I earned through episode races, not purchases. Can I restore them since they did not provide me the extra lives to continue the level? Please help, thanks!
