Got 3 stars but didn't get sugar stars. I completed this level with the help of timed color bomb + striped-wrapped candy and 1 UFO. @Crazy Cat Lad

I don't believe this for a second. Methinks you pick levels to see what it takes to get players to waste their boosters.
