Why don't I have Sweet Cinema feature in my Candy Crush game? Meanwhile my friends have it. Please tell me how to get it.
I need my sweet cinema from candy crush saga.
Taking away Sweet Cinema is a low move !

@Alienscar That's a ridiculous statement to say that King discriminates between players... I'm sure everybody starts out with the same features, but I tend to go with what @Asmaalam has said and that once you make a purchase, you lose the right to use Sweet Cinema... That at least makes sense.

@Manfred33 On top of this if luckly you have this feature and unfortunately you make one in app purchase like I did for the first times in eight years,this feature will be removed from your account permanently like mine did. :(
@Manfred33 not having a particular feature such as the Sweet Cinema can't be fixed by following any troubleshooting advice. This is because not having a feature isn't an error, or a glitch. When a person doesn't have a feature it is simply because King hasn't allowed that player to have that feature. It is an unfortunate fact of the game that not every player gets every available feature.
I don't have it either and I make sure my apps are up to date and I recently logged out of my account and back in. I always love those overly-simplified troubleshooting steps that are supposed to magically fix everything. I don't have Sweet Cinema and I have NEVER had it. A friend of mine has it, but does not have Chocolate Box. Now why is that? She's done the same thing recently since she broke her phone, had tip get a new one and sign back into all of her stuff. Still no Chocolate Box. So much of this and the other CC games are so unbelievably rigged I feel like I'm at a carnival...
I have sweet cinema, but it works so poorly, so poorly i rarely use it. Most of the time it just shows "More ads coming soon". Unless i never click on anything that involves ads to get something ( Lives, boosters(hot air balloon), and extra moves. Then it will give me a chance in the cinema.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.
