Hello @15898452448. The in-game profile frame is only available for players who have passed level 20,000. The other frames have been discontinued. If you want to see which frames are available to you, tap on your avatar at the top of your CCS game map. This opens your in-game "Profile." Once there, tap on your avatar again and you will see an option to "Edit" your profile. Tap on the "Edit" button and then tap on the "Frames" tab. There you will find the list of available frames for your avatar.
In this Community, we offer unique badges for passing milestone levels in your Candy Crush Saga game. Tap on the "Contests" button above and you will find hyperlinks to all milestone badges near the top of that section. Rules for each badge (on page 1) require you to post a screenshot of your game map showing your avatar next to your current level in each badge thread for which you are eligible.

Hello @gaildaplayer there is nothing you can do to force the banner to appear in your game. You either get it, or you don't.
The milestone banner is either applied to your avatar automatically, or after you complete the Milestone Challenge.
If neither the banner, nor the Milestone Challenge appear then this means you are one of the unlucky people that will not receive a milestone banner.
Keep playing though because due to the random manner in which game features work you might find that you get a banner after completing level 6000.

The Milestone banner belongs to the Test group, at the beginning of the feature some players were given the banner through an event and some players received the banner upon reaching Milestone. Gradually this feature is being given to more and more players so you too can be included in the banner feature in future.
This feature cannot be manually added to someone's game, so you may have to wait a little bit.
Although we do not currently have the latest information on feature distribution, we will let you know as soon as we receive any information.
