Ok ok, well that’s great! Please note that your redeemed prizes can take up to at least a day to appear in your game if not appearing after at least an hour from time of redemption. You will know that you have received your prizes when you get a pop-up that looks very similar to this:

If you happen to not receive your rewards within 2 days of redemption, contact Customer Support.

@EOTheGr8. I have had nothing but trouble with the Royalty Program, ever since a friend introduced me to it. Every time I logged into the program, I could get the rewards, but afterwards, when I tried to open any emails or log into another game, I was taken straight back to CCS and couldn't get any further.

I ended up finally uninstalling CCS from my tablet after two unsuccessful hours online with Support, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice.

Yes, I'm there too and have already picked up three times. I am glad that this program exists. I was also told about it privately and I am very grateful for that.
