Looks like you have cropped the screenshot!! So, I can't figure out which device you are using😅
The opening question was asked almost 2 years ago (Jan '2022). The features we had in the game were a lot different than now. We had to complete a special 5 levels' (sometimes, 7 / 9 levels) event to achieve the milestone banner. We do not have that event anymore. As soon as we win the milestone level, the banner will automatically allotted to us.
Please make sure that you have checked the option to display the "Milestone Badge" --> Click on Cogwheel Icon located in the top right corner of game map screen -- click on "Features" -- Make sure that the "Milestone Badge" option is checked✅
If it is checked, and you still do not get the banner on your profile icon, I would suggest you to replay level 1000 and win it. That should do it👍️
If nothing helps, please post back and let me know🍫🍫
I also reached level 1000 and never received the banner. I didn’t get any “challenge?”
Thanks for your answer. I guess I didn't see the challenge. I completed level 1000 again to get that milestone challenge back but no success :-(
I'll keep my eyes open for the level 2000.
