Level 10885 - Received Key but nothing else!

Hello - I worked incredibly hard to get to Level 10885 this morning. When I got to this level, I got the "Key". It showed I would receive 30 minutes of stripe/wrap, color bombs and 3 other boosters. I went to then click on the level, and POOF! They were gone! Never got to use a single one. Even though I only had one life left, never got to use it. Can someone please help? Very upsetting!
