I hit hyperlink for five help. Got a big picture of logo of Five. Nothing else. Why?

I got an invite to my original team, to reload the fantastic five, but if course it won't work. Everything is updated, checked and rechecked. I still have no way to get it back.

Could you please explain: How come Sukanta Biswas (a Candy Moderator) was affected with this as well, but he got the feature completely intact back in his game @Crazy Cat Lad? How come we can't get it back???

We asked our team-owner if she could send us an invitation-link (she started a new team), but it didn't work.

I’m sorry. I’m the team owner of mine so that won’t work. Why are they not fixing THEIR problem? Very strange and I wonder why play? What bad thing are they going to do next and just ignore us? I couldn’t feel less important to King and those that could fix this but aren’t.
