I used to get lives several times a day from friends. Day before yesterday I was sitting at 115/80. I used up the 115 that night. It's been 36 hours now and I'm at 0/50 (notice the change from 80 to 50) and haven't gotten any lives from friends yet. I'm sending requests like I've always done. Nothing looks different in the request area. The only way I can see the into the envelope is when a friend is requesting a life.
ETA...just took another look. After more then 36 hours I just gotten a life from a friend.

Last night i stopped taking lives, I followed the suggested step by step and it didn't help.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I have been sending friends lives and they have been sending me lives but neither of us are receiving them. My Facebook and candy crush app are both up to date. I tried logging out and logging back in but nothing is working..

I play from my iPhone XR, last night this problem started.
I already did what you said, but, don't work.
My game Is active, and is correctly connected to Facebook.
I tried again and still the same problem

Same here… I used to have lots of lives and now I’m 0/50. Only 5 received since last night and my boyfriend has sent me at least 50 and I’ve got nothing from him.
