Limiting the amount of lives is the problem! This is crippling the game !
The customer service representatives’s responses after limiting the lives to 5 per day is just unhelpful and sarcastic to try to blame it on the customer and not the ones who set the “rule”.
I agree , support told me I wasn’t being sent lives and they had looked in to it 🤣 I knew that that is nto the case as I was being sent lives
I have a limit in my game of 100, and can only receive the 10 per day. BUT for a week I’m receiving the exact message @alienscar has posted. It’s telling my I now have a limit of 50 (and can receive 5)
I just wish we could get an intelligent truthful reply from the powers that be
its a far cry from being able to receive and bank up to 999 lives, and play and send lives to family and friends. Very disappointed
I have requested unendless many times, but all of a sudden I hardly ever receive lives. It is frustrating now!

that problem happened to me two weeks ago,, nit receiving lives though sent several times.. But it’s ok now.. We just wait till it’s ok
There was a problem sending and receiving lives recently.. I encountered that last week.. But now, its functioning well.. We just wait till its ok i believe
Hello amk72 it doesn't matter how many lives you request as you are now limited to how many lives you can receive in one day. If your mailbox says something like 0/50 then it doesn't matter if you request one hundred times as you can only ever receive five lives in one day.
How many lives a day do you receive?
