Yes -- that's what I see. It just started about 3 days ago. Everyone else is happy to take my money, so something seems to have changed with the game. Sorry it's happening to you too, but glad it's not just me :)

That's good data for the game team to know. Hopefully our moderator - Tess92? - can pass this along as well as the initial posts.
I also checked and changed my payment method to my card which didn't help so I went back to my normal payment method
I contacted Microsoft support. Got no help there.
It's still happening. It's extremely frustrating -- I cannot buy any bars to finish a level where I am so close, and cannot take advantage of any special offers. I also am unable to win any more gold bars, because I am not able to complete some levels without getting a booster. I'm on level 12032, so the levels are often pretty hard.
Is it just me -- and Glenn1972 ??
The cause of this issue has now been found and it will be fixed soon!
Meanwhile, please try this workaround:
-Open Microsoft Store
-Locate your Account Settings in the top right corner of the screen
-Select App Settings
-Turn on the āPurchase sign-in' feature
-Go back to the game and try making a purchase once again
, so I can use it.Ā The store opens up when I play on my phone.
