You must be kidding, right? Sorry, but this part really made me laugh. If you really did care, then why aren't you listening? Why don't you get rid of the limit??? Is it because you would have to admit that it was just a stupid idea? There's absolutely no improvement at all with this.

Why it went down to 10, but today it went to 5! I like to play a lot but all this will do is force me not to play…..is it just that they want you to spend more money?? BS is right

In the new version of candy crush

i seen that i cant get lives from my friends more than 5 lives in a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is the worst update released

I’m not a fan of limited lives either!!! There is no reason to try to control that!

Hello @choices3 no one is a fan of limited lives. I think the reason that they have this is to make people buy a timed unlimited lives booster, as this game is mostly about money not fun, that is why they control how many lives you can have.

As of yesterday September 5, 2023, my inbox for lives has been gray and no new lives show up. My friends and I send up to 20 lives per day to each other so I know this is a fluke. How do I report this technical issue?

Not receiving any lives through my envelope only request for lives from other players, been happening for about a week now. Is there a fix for this or is it something the developers have done in the hope that we will be spending money to by lives?

What are the numbers and stats in your Lives inbox referring to?

Does the lives sent from friends have a new limit? What does this all mean?

Candy Crush Saga now has a new capacity limit of Lives in the game.

You can easily check how many requests, lives and how many lives you can claim by going to your inbox and the Lives tab in the game:

-The number to the left, the broken heart, shows how many Life requests from friends you have waiting.

-The Envelope in the middle shows how many Lives you have in your inbox and up to how many Lives you can have stored.

-To the right you can check how many Lives per day you can claim from your inbox. This limit will automatically reset at midnight.

Why does it take so long for my lives from friends are available?

Also having so many glitches with ads or bonus lives, loses my life and blocks me out, have to restart my device constantly.

Same - grey inbox and no new lives, although I know they're being sent. The only thing that's getting through is the odd request for a life. What's going on?
