Where are my Royalty Rewards??

Hi. About a week ago I visited the Royalty site & claimed my Sapphire rewards & my 100points Sapphire Party pack . However, although you've deducted my points , etc, the rewards have not appeared on my game. This isn't the first time either, as I never received my last 100point rewards a few months ago either.
Please can you sort it?
