I'm afraid you won't be getting one. Better just accept it and move on. No point expecting something and feeling disappointed for not getting it. If someday they finally fix this issue, as this is clearly a bug, you'll notice it in-game.

I got the 6k banner but lost it later. lol It seemed like this happened when I launched the game through the Facebook website. That's why I'm not going to do this again if I get the next (7k) banner.
