Stuck on 12873 forever and now I read these comments about the next ones coming. I'm so done with this game. I will not spend another penny. This game absolutely sucks now.
You're right. I don't know why I haven't quit yet. Almost every level is so difficult and takes ages to do.

Level 12873 help!!!
This is the second level that I have complained about in the last three weeks. This time it is 12871. If you look at videos that show how to solve it they all start with many more moves than my 28. I don’t understand what makes them different. Everyone should get the same number of moves for the levels as everyone else. Please help.

Ich stecke auch in 12871 fest, werde aber niemals Geld dafür ausgeben. Sehe auch keinen Sinn darin Werbung zu schauen, wenn ich nicht mal ansatzweise in die Nähe des Endes komme. Von irgendwo habe ich 10 Goldbarren bekommen, die lasse ich mir aber. Spaßfaktor ist definitiv nicht mehr da
Level 12871 has been changed to a normal level despite being still only 20 moves. I have been on the level a week. What is going on King. Respond to the forum complaints.

On the official wiki forum - it states 29 moves

They haven't necessarily added moves, they may have changed the level in other ways. Try exiting and trying again.
12871 still 20 moves on mine
Level has been changed today (about 2 hours ago).
Also, following level (12872 - added 6 moves) and other nightmare levels changed (12874, 12883, 12887 - added 8 moves, 12889 - added 6 moves, 12892 - added 8 moves), so I suggest you check again. Just imagine how much of a night mare those levels were - if they added 6 or 8 moves. Good luck to everyone !
I have tried emailing numerous times. Same old automatic replies. I will never pay. Still stuck on this level. And if by some miracle pass the level, I am sure there will be another level just as bad.
I can only recommend - if you haven't done so already - emailing them and trying to pass the level with a couple of party boosters. Personally, I don't recommend spending money - though that's definitely what they are trying to do with these impossible levels. Hopefully, they will change their ways if enough people hold them to it
I've tried 35 extra m9ves and many hammers till I used them all up. This is impossible so I'm done
