Good morning, I have already contacted you but I have not solved the problem. Maybe I wasn't clear in the explanation
I use the candy crush app which is not connected to Facebook or Google play but to an account (swing1058@Gmail.com)
Due to a malfunction of the tablet I deleted the game cache and unfortunately, by mistake, also the data, so I lost all the levels reached (I was at 5023 not yet passed). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it makes me start from the beginning :(.....help me please :(

    If your game was previously saved to a King account, you shouldn't have any problems recovering your progress.

    Go to the home screen and click at the bottom where it says "already have a King account"


    If, on the other hand, your game was not saved even in a King account, you must contact player support. Let me know if you can't and I'll be happy to help.

    thank you. I've already tried uninstalling and installing the game. I don't have facebook and the game was connected to my account ( swing1058@gmail.com) and I already tried what you recommended... no result 😭

    You don't need Facebook, just log in with the email you used to create your King account the first time you downloaded the game.

    If you have never created a King account, please contact Player Support:

    Go to the Settings in the game and Help Center (the question mark below). Choose a topic and any of the FAQ:s. You'll then find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the article:


    Send an email to Player Support from there so they can help you and manually restore the levels.

    Please remember to choose 'Game didn't save' as the subtopic and also mention what level you were on so Player Support can restore the game right away.

    you have been very precious even if I had also tried this solution
    unfortunately my tablet does not work well and when I get to the point of having to explain what the problem is and you have to pull down a curtain, the candy crush program gets blocked and exits. I tried resetting the tablet to factory settings but nothing changed.
    anyway you were really very kind 😘

    Under the curtain there is a space with an inscription I can not find .. and there I wrote ... despite having an account but not Facebook the game has not been saved I was at 5023 not yet passed
    however shortly after second Candy crush is blocked and exits Yet I have always played quietly I have never had problems apart from lately and that's where I then made that mess of canceling the cache but also the game data which now restarts me from scratch
    Can't you submit the request? ..I know it's not your job..but I don't know how else to do it
