How is it possible to pass the 12832 level with only 20moves???

It appears that King does not listen to the feedback of players. Developers maybe only focused on the new levels that come out each Wednesday.
Wasting time and precious earned boosters on levels that cannot be passed…am not surprised to hear many are leaving the game. Also, it takes away our chance of earning more free boosters…not fair.
20 moves, solid blocks no boosters. It just can’t be done. Please look at changing as you’ll have a lot of people leaving the game
And they still haven't fixed it yet
on one platform I have 23 moves, 20 on another and had 26 on the PC... this is just mind boggling. I guess it does come down to the money!!! And that's not even a guarantee
They need to fix this level , it's not possible to beat
I have 26 moves.... still can't beat 12832.. I used all my gold to purchase 30+ extra moves twice to try to beat this level.. Once I did that, the algorithm made sure there were no combinations to get through the rest of the meringue and licorice to drop those cherries.. why? why?
Agree. Level is impossible. Enough to make me leave the game.
If you look at the solutions online eg You Tube, level 12832 has changed, which makes it impossible
the number of attempts is reduced to 20 and the black blocks now are solid
it can’t be done in 20 without the boosters
please fix it back to how it was

I've been playing this game since it first came out! Since I don't use boosters frequently, I had a large collection of them all when the game unexpectedly changed and I lost all of my boosters. Three times in all, this occurred. I've lost a tonne of boosters. What causes this to occur? How can I reclaim my unused boosters?
