Some games completely impossible to win

This is not the first time I have experienced this.

I am not saying the games are always unwinnable - but some games get in a mode where they are indeed impossble to win.

Just now playing 9432 I required a final cherry. It simply would not appear. I had plenty of moves to try and see it drop - it never did. This happened before - i do not recall game number- and I spent 26 gold bars waiting for the cherry to drop. Thiis time it cost me my win streak (which I like to keep topped up) and the Candy Royal challenge that I always win.

This should not be happening. Any chance of being compensated with the things I lost?

BTW - love the game.

Happened again on 9586. VERY frustrating. I should have won the game as I had a couple of moves left and only a few licorice, but no licorice would come down after my last few moves that made all sorts of room for them. I did not play the sucker this time and pay gold bars for extra moves. This sort of thing should not happen. 9586 is very difficult and it took me over 20 games to get to this one that should have won.
