It appears you started the event when you were at 12 win streak. 9 levels x 25 points per level = 225 points overall.
You must have misunderstood the "win streak: 21" message as showing how many levels you did after the event started. This is incorrect. The number shows your first-time-clear win streak in general (before and during the event), not your streak since the event started. Hopes this clears up the confusion.
