I’m so frustrated! It seems like a way to cheat me from my lives and the extra points I used to beat the game. It has happened several times and it’s not the first time I’ve contacted support about it

Hi there, unfortunately this happens to all of us - although it should not be often. You just need to start over again... If it happens a lot, that means something is wrong either with your device or your app. So sorry for this...
