My Chocolate box is broken!

I play on my iphone, and sometimes on my iPad. This last week everything is messed up. I kept finishing a chocolate box and it would randomly send me back to the first box. Since it kept happening over and over I decided that maybe I needed to uninstall and reinstall the game forgetting that I would lose 200 gifted lives!
The worst part is that reinstalling didn’t fix the problem and my chocolate box is still going back to box 1 when I finish it. I am a LONG time player on level 5986, so I know how the chocolate box works. How can this be fixed??
