I don’t have any seasonal events or challenges why is this?

Hello @ellied6 and welcome to our friendly community. I am sorry to hear you don't have any seasonal events and challenges. What platform do you play on - mobile or PC? when you open the game/app do you see the screen below?
Unfortunately not all players get every event. This may be why you don't have the seasonal event, however you should get other fun events in the future.
There are a few steps to try just in case:
Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
Clear your cache - you can read more about how to do this HERE
Restart your device - Exit the game and turn off your platform (if playing on a mobile device) for at least 30 seconds
If you still don't see anything, play at least a level or two. If after you have done all this you still don't see the events - then unfortunately you are one of the players that didn't get it, but hopefully you will see a fun new event soon.
