Hello Doondie. I don't have the Winter Cup, either. I only have the train where you win a reward for completing 10 tasks. I don't have any of the events you are showing in your events section. I've done everything suggested, and nothing works. I was there at the exact time the event started, to be early. Nothing. Can you help me? I'm so confused! I'm well over level 3000, so I did all the lower levels. Thank you for reading. And Happy holidays to you!

You need to do any (lower) level in order for your Events tab to refresh. However, although it's not specified anywhere, it's possible the Winter Cup is not available to players such as your lowbie self. What level are you at? 🤔
As advised above, make sure your game is up to date. If it's not, the Winter Cup will simply never load up for you. There's also this "first come, first served" rule but it doesn't appear to be a problem, as I just entered the qualifier round to check how it all works. It's totally like the anniversary Candy Cup event, except there are no 2nd chance rounds.
After doing any level to refresh your Events tab, you need to restart the game. You will then be able to do the mini-challenge that takes you into the first round which is still ongoing. The event should've appeared in your Events tab by then.
I'll tag @QueenB here to hopefully get an answer to the question whether there are entry requirements such as a minimum level.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date

how do i get a level 14000 badge?
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
