Few months ago I synced the progress for Candy Crush Saga from facebook to a King account - not this king account (I also mention that I no longer have access to the facebook account ). I changed my phone recently and when trying to log into that King account on the app, it says the password/email do not match. When asking for changing the password, I get the message that I should receive an email but I do not receive any email at all, therefore I cannot play the game on the new phone. I created this new account in hope someone could help me with the situation, somehow recover the old King account so I can play the game on the new phone. Thank you so much in advance!
