I have tried emailing support but I don't get a live person to help me. Only automated responses of links to FAQ's regarding my login issue. I really need help trying to find my old account. Was there a time where candycrush accounts or levels got deleted? I haven't played it in years. But when I played it last time, I was around level 500. But for the life of me I tried my FB accounts possible that I have used, or emails I have used, none of them restored anything. Could my account have been reset to start? Please help me. I don't want to start from level 1 again. thanks!
