I lost all Ads benefits since I paid for help. This was my mistake, once they (KING) know you’re willing to pay, you lose the Free benefits. Its totally in porpuse not that “its a test feature” excuse.
Do not pay or you will lose them too.
Solved it! I because I have CC on 2 phones (husbands and mine) and I sign in through Facebook I deleted the app from my phone. Turned it off then on and reinstalled it.signed in and was back on my old level. Ads appeared on my 2nd go. Managed 8 levels . I did lose my tools but not good bars. I didn't have many tools left as had to use them more than normal with no ads.

In around 10 years I have never spent a penny on CC. Recently my ads stopped as well as my progress on my Samsung S20. . Came on here to find help. One suggested that king block certain accounts. Another since they paid. I cleared my cache and restarted as suggested,no luck. Then I remembered i still had it on my old android phone . Just completed 8 lives and plenty of ads. So what's going on?
