I would like to know why there are usually more moves on the video Is there another developer of candy crush

The videos on YouTube are all from players playing King games. The 1st release with more moves is when they 1st come out for those playing on Windows. Mobile players get the levels 2 weeks after. Before mobile players get them King reduce the moves, add more blockers and make it impossible to pass. So if you don't have or can't win gold bars they hope you will pay
So the levels you see on YouTube with more moves is how the level was 1st designed. You will then see other videos with less moves they are from players playing them after King ruined them.
