Can't move candy under ice

If I have candy trapped under ice I can't move it but the game offers me to move it as the next possible move but if that is the only possible move then the game will not shuffle the candy and the game is stuck. Is it just my game or is it a bug that affects everyone?

Hello, Mr/Ms Newbie,

You cannot select and move the candy while it's covered by ice, sure. You can, however, select and move the adjacent candy to swap places with the one you actually need. Hope this makes sense.
